Welcome to Ehjez. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Registration & Account
-> You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date details when registering.
-> You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
-> We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false or misleading information.

2. Services Provided
-> The App allows customers to:
    • View nearby barber shops and services based on their location.
    • Check available slots and barber timetables.
    • Book appointments with barbers.
-> The App acts as a platform only. We do not own or operate the barber shops listed.

3. Payments
-> All payments for services are made directly at the shop.
-> The App does not collect or process payments on behalf of barbers.
-> Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be resolved directly with the barber/shop.

4. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
-> Customers are responsible for ensuring that their booking details are correct.
-> Cancellation or rescheduling policies may vary by shop. The customer must contact the shop directly for changes.
-> We are not liable for missed appointments or cancellation fees charged by shops.

5. User Responsibilities
-> You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
-> You will not misuse the App to post false information, spam, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
-> You acknowledge that service availability and timings are managed by each barber/shop and may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
We provide the App on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for:
-> Quality of services provided by barbers.
-> Availability or accuracy of slots/timetables.
-> Any injury, loss, or damages arising from services received at the barber shop.

7. Privacy
-> Your personal details are collected only for registration, booking, and service improvement purposes.
-> We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.
-> Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Changes to Terms
-> We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
